In a world where menopause is seen as a condition and something to ‘fix’, where do we go to explore the deeper meaning behind the changes and possible challenges we’re experiencing – emotionally, spiritually and physically – so that we can feel empowered to rise up to meet them?
Perhaps your body is starting to signal changes and you want to prepare yourself for what’s ahead or maybe you are deep in the underbelly of menopause, feeling head below water and not sure where to turn.
You might have a hunch that it’s not about going back to the way things were, an inner knowing that life as it was no longer fits, but you still feel overwhelmed and alone in this uncharted territory?
That’s where I come in.
I want to offer you a gentle, compassionate and nurturing space for you to slow down, reconnect with yourself and with the deeper intelligence at work so that you can embrace this transition as an opportunity for the powerful transformation it can be.
Yes… transformation! There is so much gold awaiting us when we listen to what this time is calling for and follow our body’s guidance.
Since beginning my journey of womb initiation in 2016, I’ve spoken with hundreds of women walking a similar path. I’ve had the honour of founding and leading two international communities rooted in menstrual cycle awareness, and through this, I’ve come to understand the power – and necessity – of trusting the wisdom of the female body.
My approach is:
Relational
Even if we’re exploring things you’d like to change, we let go of the need to ‘fix’ and honour that it’s by ‘being with‘ that real change is possible. This is the Feminine way! This doesn’t rule out very practical steps, tools and strategies you can take away to support yourself.
Embodied
While the mind loves to ‘understand,’ and insight (especially having a seasonal framework around menopause) is useful, I want to support you to tap into and trust the wisdom that’s in your body.
Intimate
My work centres the importance of our relationship being founded on honesty and transparency. I believe in the simplicity of shared vulnerability between humans in a safe space as a powerful healing force.
Collaborative
While I’m here to guide and support you, the work we do is a collaboration between us, where you are encouraged to take responsibility for where it feels valuable to go.
Seasons-based
My understanding of menopause is through the lens of inner seasons and it being a time of inner Autumn and Winter (which you might have other metaphors for, depending on where you come from). If you’re still cycling, learning to embrace the inner seasons of your cycle is powerful preparation.
Systemic
I don’t see you as an isolated individual but part of a larger, entangled web of relationships, cycles, systems and histories that you’re held in. I see the work we do together as embodied activism, supporting a culture that respects and brings dignity to the menopause process.

A bit more about me:
Listening to the Wisdom of the Body
My journey into Feminine Leadership began more than a decade ago through the practice of Menstrual Cycle Awareness – the daily practice of tracking and listening to the changing rhythms of the body across the menstrual cycle.
What began as curiosity gradually became a deep apprenticeship with my own body.
Through studying Menstruality Leadership and working closely with my cycle, I began to experience my womb not simply as a biological function but as a profound teacher – guiding me through the different phases of energy, creativity, sensitivity and rest that move through the female body.
Learning From the Cyclical Descent
One of the most powerful teachers within the menstrual cycle for me has been the premenstrual phase – a time that invites a slowing down, a movement within and the stripping away of what is no longer aligned.
Learning to work with this phase, rather than resisting or suppressing it, taught me invaluable skills: how to listen when something in life is asking to change, how to meet discomfort with kindness, and how to allow old identities or patterns to transform.
Skills for the Great Initiation
I now see how the years I spent tracking and working with my cycle were a preparation for the deeper descent of menopause – a transition that asked me to let go of many things of the things I previously relied on and to cultivate a different kind of relationship with myself and with life.
It asks us to learn the art of deep attunement — listening not only to our bodies but to the subtle movements of life within and around us.
It asks us to practice kindness toward ourselves when things feel difficult or unfamiliar.
It asks us to loosen the grip of the small, controlling ego self and allow something deeper and wiser to guide us.
I have been invited to heal the parts of me that are resistent to surrendering: trusting a process that cannot be forced, planned or managed in the ways our culture often expects. I have been asked to hold paradox – strength alongside vulnerability, clarity alongside uncertainty, endings alongside new beginnings.
Menopause as an Initiation
Rather than a decline, I see menopause as a profound initiation – a threshold that invites us into a new relationship with power, wisdom and authenticity.
A time when many of us feel called to shed old expectations, reconnect with our deeper truth and step into a more sovereign way of being.
It is a passage that deserves to be honoured, supported and witnessed and it is my honour to support you in this process.
